As Chief Physician, Anita provides physician leadership and representation, as well as oversight for all medical review physicians and consultants, ensuring operational support for over fifty contract medical exam programs.

Anita holds over 20 years of Active-Duty military medical experience, having served in roles such as Medical Commander, Chief of the Medical Staff, Chief of Aerospace Medicine, and Public Health Emergency Officer. She joined Acuity via the acquisition of Comprehensive Health Services, where she served as Associate Medical Director.

Anita holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, a master’s degree in Public Health from United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Auburn University. She is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians for Family Medicine.

Anita is a certified Medical Review Officer and a certified Commercial Driver Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation. She serves as the Medical Director for Acuity’s Florida Agency for Health Care Administration Certified Medical Mobile Unit. Anita is an active member of military and medical organizations, including the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the Military Officers Association of America, the American Osteopathic Association, and the Aerospace Medical Association.

As Vice President of Acuity’s Build Division, Tom leads a team of construction professionals in solving the most complex construction and reconstruction challenges facing Acuity’s customers.

Tom has over 20 years of government experience, many as a senior executive service member, and a proven track record in successfully managing and executing sensitive construction projects of all scales.

Prior to joining Acuity, Tom simultaneously served as both the Direct Feed Low Activity Waste (DFLAW) Program Manager and the Federal Project Director (FPD) for the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP) for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Environmental Management Office of River Protection (EM-ORP). Tom steered the DFLAW program through significant improvements related to nuclear safety, quality and project delivery.

Tom holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Washington State University and is a licensed professional engineer.

As Occupational Health Practice Lead, Dan Jones oversees more than 60 comprehensive workforce health contracts consisting of a wide variety of customized programs such as medical exam services, drug & alcohol programs, return to work case management, and client onsite clinics. Dan is responsible for the successful execution of Acuity’s nationwide workforce occupational health programs, inclusive of commercial and government clients.

Prior to Acuity, Dan served for over thirty years in the US Army before retiring as a colonel. He held command and staff positions including Medical Troop Commander, 2nd Armored Cavalry, Operation Desert Storm; Director of Operations and Deputy Command Surgeon, US Central Command responsible for joint combat medical plans & operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Horn of Africa. He culminated his duties as Director of Worldwide Healthcare Operations for US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM).

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Mansfield University and received his MBA from St Martin’s University. He is a graduate of the DOD Joint Medical Planners and Joint Medical Strategic Leader course. Dan is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Military Officers Association of America.

As Practice Leader of Case Management & Humanitarian Services for Acuity International, Keith Rigdon oversees the humanitarian and emergency service programs; medical services and medical staffing programs as well as case management /behavioral health services for individuals and families who may need assistance following a natural disaster, a pandemic outbreak or in a general time of need at the federal, state, and local levels.

As part of the leadership team, Keith Rigdon brings more than 25 years of management experience. Keith has skills in both strategic and operational planning combined with a results-oriented management style and a strong emphasis on human resources and customer service-focused leadership. He has extensive experience as an Operational Leader of large programs. This experience extends across multiple US Government agencies including as a contract leader on projects with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of State (DOS). Keith also served in the US Army as a Medical Services Corps Officer both in the United States and overseas, where he was a leader of large medical organizations. His commercial experience includes his time with Acuity as well as Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), where he ran a $30 million dollar portfolio of their healthcare business.

Keith has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University. He is also a graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) and the US Army Command and General Staff College.

As Vice President, Global Health Services, Casper communicates with diplomats, senior government executives, and other decision-makers to propose balanced solutions and resolve emerging challenges. He also serves as a trusted advisor and expert in emergency planning disaster response, with extensive experience establishing and managing medical facilities in Iraq.

Casper brings over 20 years of health care experience to the leadership team. He is a proven leader in applying technology to improve service, lower cost, document care, and synchronize activity for situational awareness and mutual support. He led the fielding of the first electronic medical record system in a combat theater and continues to lead in the use of technology to achieve efficiencies.

Casper served as a Colonel in the Army Medical Service Corps and as CEO of the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, as well as COO at both the Northern Atlantic Regional Medical Command and the William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Casper holds an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.

Andy Reape has 36 years of program and construction management experience. Since 2018, Andy has led the Program & Construction Management business for Acuity International. The Acuity P&CM business provides a wide range of cost engineering and program management services, including technology solutions, as well as a full-service construction management offering.

Prior to 2018, Andy served as CEO of Project Time & Cost, where he was responsible for delivery on prime contracts in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Department of State, and for those on which PT&C participated as a subcontractor. In this role, he served as an unbiased client advocate and as a point of escalation for issues with project performance or communication. He ensured that PT&C’s corporate commitments were met and assisted in planning the availability of appropriate resources to meet all contractual needs. He participated in proposal preparation, contract negotiations, resolution of contract and subcontracting matters, and team selection.

Andy had previously managed all projects for PT&C’s western region. This included performing cost engineering, project management, cost data research, planning and scheduling, cost control, quality control training, and developing cost models.

Before joining PT&C in 1993, Andy served as a construction officer with USACE, where he managed several simultaneous construction projects and controlled performance by creating and implementing cost estimates and critical path management networks.

Andy earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) through AACE International.

Celeste Gushee has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, new client and business acquisition, and business operations. She joined Acuity in 2011 and has been responsible for Proposal Development, Contracts Management, Procurement, Logistics, Facilities and Property Management and Cost and Pricing as well as fostering client relationships and providing support to other departments.

Prior to joining Acuity, Celeste worked for L-3 Communications and AMERCO Corporation, serving in various management and business development roles.

Celeste has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Barry University and is an active member of several professional associations, including the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and the National Guard Association of the United States.

Celeste actively supports multiple charity organizations, such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the American Cancer Society, and the SPCA. She enjoys shelling, fishing, diving, gardening and actively participates in Crossfit.
